PLAST currently ships within the United States only.

Processing

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery

Complimentary shipping is included with every order and typically arrives within three to five business days once dispatched.

Overnight refers to carrier transit time, which begins when the parcel leaves us.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or operational issues.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to clientcare@plastskin.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered and it has not reached you, please write to us. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and keep you informed until it is resolved.
