Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or operational issues.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to clientcare@plastskin.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered and it has not reached you, please write to us. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and keep you informed until it is resolved.
